🦉 Booking Process 🦉

❶ Select your preferred room type.

❷ Check the available dates (minimum stay is 2 days).

❸ Confirm the total cost and fill out your check-in information (name, phone number, email).

❹ Make an online payment using a credit card.

❺ After completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation and a detailed check-in information email. If you do not receive it, please contact us via email or LINE@.

🦉 Refund Policy 🦉

❶ 100% refund if canceled more than 48 hours before the start of the trip.

❷ 50% refund if canceled within 48 hours before the start of the trip.

❸ No refund or rescheduling for same-day cancellations.

❹ Rescheduling due to personal reasons is considered a cancellation and will be processed according to the above cancellation terms.

❺ A processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

❻ By booking and making a payment, you agree to and will abide by the above regulations.

 

⛈ In case of natural disasters or uncontrollable weather factors, rescheduling is allowed (e.g., earthquake, typhoon, heavy rain, based on government announcements of work and school closures!).

🔔 If you booked through another platform, please refer to the cancellation terms of the original platform order.

🔔 Reservations with promotional rates cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Please refer to the order's cancellation terms.

The following conventions are adjusted according to the actual situation, and GoenStay reserves the right to make changes. 🦞
